Even though Spears in front Swords behind in how it would be, I cannot do so.
If I remember correctly only one type of unit can be in a horde since a unit pro building can only make one time of unit in a battalion which is why Combo Hordes cannot be built. So the only way i could think of is to make it by random like the peasants.
e.g. In the game The Peasant was designed like this: (this was so the Peasant would randomly be picked)
RohanPeasant = RohanPeasant1 RohanPeasant3 RohanPeasant4
so I could do :
GondorSoldier = GondorFighter Gondor Spearmen

Sorry to say youll lose the standing army look of the units then. I think the swordsmen would make good citadel guards and keep the spears as the standard soldier. Or if possible, though very unlikely a spear/sword toggle for the soldiers.

Well in Osgiliath the Soldiers were randomly arranged so i see no harm trying it out. But a Spear/Sword Toggle seems interesting since the skeleton for both is the same and possibly i could make a new anim for it or so.

What are you on about? Of course you can make 'combohordes' from buildings. While it's cool to think about the random arms of the men in Osgiliath, you must remember that there aren't ranks there. They're spread out. So while having random weapons is cool, it won't be when spears are mixed with swords\axes\etc.. They simply function too differently.

Well the Gondor 'Soldier' Will have the Spearmen in front like this : X= Spearmen and Y=Swordsmen so they'll be also oriented for handleing Infantry as well as Cavalry.
XXXXX The Fountain Guards will be able to handle most Cav and Infantry. And the Peligar Spearmen will be more oriented for handling enemies with
XYYYX scores of Cavalry, and when upgraded will be able to hold positions longer than usual.

If I may, another way to make the spearmen somewhat unique would to make the Pelargir lighter and faster, but weaker against everything but cav. So they will be good for intercepting cavalry flanking and raiding, while basic would be better for holding the line, and Fountains as the elite.

Well I'm glad to say that i know the Gondor Spearmen can work in-game with little animation error (only some cheering anims are wierd) and the lac of BoundingBox is a bit hard but once i combine them with the Swordsmen it'll be easier to select them since you can click the Swordsmen.... stupid Max.

What was your boundingbox problem? They are easy to do.
