Anticipated Games of 2013

What games you fools looking forward too this year?

For me, it would have to be:

-Bioshock: Infinity

-Theif 4

-Batman: Arkam 3

-Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

-Elder Scrolls Online

-SimCity 5 (comes it in 2 days from this post anyway)

-Grand Theft Auto 5

- TESO

- Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs

- Rome 2: Total War

Basically the only three I'm interested in so far.

Final Fantasy X HD I think it comes out this year.

I'm looking forward to playing through it yet again.

Sim City 5 should be fun but it will probably have to wait.

Pokemon X and Y comes out in October can't wait it looks pretty awesome glad I bought my 3DS when I did.

I'm pretty much out of the loop these days with gaming since my main genres have all dried up in recent years.

There's a whole bunch JRPGs I want to try out on the PS3 when I get some money together.

Is FF X HD coming to PC?  That would make'ah me so happy.

Ooo, yea, those should be good.  Especially Amnesia.  Hopefully it hasn't already entered the phase of an action game...

Final Fantasy doesn't belong on PC.

Well... that's fine.  PS users can have fun with HD reboots yet another terrible FF 13 game, and whatever crap they fart out after that.  BUT... FF 7 does belong on PC since it was in fact a PC port.  It was a terrible PC port, but if they do remake FF 7 (like they said they would back in 2006), I would be traditional to make a PC port.  Terrible or not.

Also, I was just informed that Hotline Miami 2 has been announced for this year.  Yes... that's list'able.

SO with SimCIty out.... it looks good.  I've seen enough on it to want to buy it.  Problem... I completely forgot EA owns it, and it's currently a 60 dollar game.  65, if you're in the UK.  The game is good, but it is NOT worth 60 dollars.  And it's having some really sketchy release issues anyway.  It even has first day DLC, which is not cool.  SimCity is just another money funnel for EA, and I'm boycotting it until the price is dropped by half.  Not happy about that...

They're not games I failed to name, they're games I didn't care to name.  I said 'anticipated', not 'endured'.  Come on Sunny... Star Wars 1313?  Battlefield 4?  Bleh.  But Planetary Annihilation I'm really, really looking forward too, but we're still not sure if that's coming out this year.  And the Metro seems interesting... never played the first since it was openly too easy from what I've seen.  Horror isn't horror if I have ammo splurged around everywhere for my leisure.

And Cyberpunk I'm not too concerned about, because it's a video game and not a movie... cinematic trailers mean nothing.  And the Witcher 3 should be good.  Never got into the first ones since... not sure why.  Probably because I'm a terrible individual.

Well i will end-up buying almost all the games i listed.

Maybe a few will fall from the sky but we'll see about that.

Though in my opinion you still failed this individual for not naming those games. :(

Yea, usually my favorite game of the year is something I don't expect or hear about, until it comes out. Like last year, my favorite game was Orcs Must Die 2, and the year before that was The Binding of Isaac.  Now that Binding of Isaac Rebirth is coming out this year... we may see a repeat.

If i had to choose for a favourite game of 2012 i would go for Battlefield 3.

This year will probably be Bioshock:Infinite or Watchdogs given that they are executed correctly.

May favourite game so far for this year would be tomb-raider

It's an RPG game. A real RPG game, from indie developers, but really heavy contentwise. The public demo/beta is just HUUUUGE. It's really for die-hard RPG fans and not for those who think Diablo is the best RPG of all time, because this game ain't about mindless massacres, but needs thinking because fights are really hard (I so far haven't won a battle, but could finish three character classes already).

So yea. AoD is probbably the coolest game incoming.

People think Diablo is an RPG?  That's punny.

I've heard of AoD, but not really enough to be enthused about it.  I like what it's promising since I luve me sum hardcore RPG action.  We'll see... can't say it's going to be amazing.

 - Modern Warfare 4 - May be a new name

I didn't forget the year's biggest shooter... Bioshock is in there.  

I have no clue what Destiny is... the PS4 interests me just about as much as shaving cream... and PS4 games?  We don't even know what any are.  Why would we be hyper about them if we don't even know if they have potential?
