Major Issue - General Power ver 008

Hi,

     I was unable to find a topic about this problem and I was wondering if there is a solution. I have found that sometimes the general powers do not show up in the menu when attempting to use them. Like I said, it does not happen all the time. However, it is almost every other game that I have this problem. I can see and select the powers when choosing upgrades. It is just when attempting to use them that nothing shows in the menu. Any ideas?

If you're playing as GLA, you need to build the Command Truck from Factory. Factory is your first building as the GLA where you also train your workers.
