K..
First of all, you need to define a distinctive style for each of the sides, so they are easily recognisable. My impression is that you guys need to brainstorm more about style and looks. For the moment there is not enough coherence in graphic style and it gives the impression each of you does his thing without much consultation.
Then you need to define what style would fit best to each side and work consequently.
-Honestly I think the whole wood shack style, with rusty plates would fit much better in a Japanese scenery...
-The Germans are known for their concrete bunkers...
-up to you to define the others..
-So stick your heads together once more before you continue without vision. If not you may find out later on you'll have to redo a lot of work....
Now, more practical about the HQ proposal:
-The general concept and layout of the building is good, but needs refinement:
-adding a wood structure next to a concrete bunker is very odd: apparently the technical equipment for the radar is stored there, which is absurd when you got a bunker to your disposal.
You have to do more effort and think of a war situation so you can find out what makes sense and what not....
-You have a scale problem: every construction beam you use is disproportioned and too big
-steel construction like the tower should be done with opacity mapping (look at the missile launch platform in generals)
-As Smurf said: adding grass seriously limits your map options
-I fail to see the purpose of the speakers, certainly when they are so prominently present.
-put a bit more effort in the sandbags and add some more polygons. It now looks like a wall with sandbags painted on it...
-As Smurf said: adding grass seriously limits your map options
no, look at the GLA buildings
