I have downloaded both patches 1.03 and 1.05 and then the server to play.
The server description explains that you CANT play quick match but CAN play custom match an enter the chat lobby. When I click on custom match I get a pop up box sayin ERROR, FAILED TO JOIN CHAT ROOM.
also it says I'm the only person online and I know this isn't true because me and my friend have both done this to play together and were both having the same problem,
Any answers would be great cheers

Norton deleting T3A files quickly after installation is a common problem which I have experienced also. Norton is well known for being extra cautious and quick to delete files. However, when this happens you should get a popup box alerting you of the fact that Norton has deleted files, there will be an option in this dialogue to view a log of all recent files deleted by the antivirus. All you have to do is go through the first one or maybe a couple of T3A related files and click the small, hidden-away 'restore' button. Upon doing this, Norton will restore your file(s) and give you the option of removing them from future scans and virus checks. You most definitely should make sure you have checked this box.

Seems to have been a server issue. Should be fixed now.
