In War of the Ring, in ROTWK, between Arthedain, Forlindon and the Tower Hills (I think) lies an impassable area that covers what should be the Northern Blue Mountains. How can I remove the impassable area/make the area conquerable in WOTR?

no need to bump the topic, people will see it eventually.

If I were to guess I would say that this is more so related to the living world map and is probably heavily connected to worldbuilder. Not sure how this relates to graphics though.

But how can I make it conquerable in WOTR? RJ mod did a similar thing, but with the Southern Blue Mountains - I'm trying to do it with the Northern part. Any tutorials for this?

The living world map is composed of models that make up each region. so you would need to edit the surrounding regions and create a whole new model for the region you wish to add.
