Hello everyone, i'm back! :p

I am a 33 year old guy from the Netherlands.

Some of you may remember me from Unreal Tournament 3 over @ Epic Games Forums.
Well, i stopped supporting(running a downloadsection and servers) and playing Unreal Tournament 3, but instead i now will play Unreal Tournament 4

This said, i am the founder of a very decent community website with roughly 500 members, though not all (very) active but
I am looking for someone who is willing to commit some time into running a few servers for Unreal Tournament 4 together with me (about 6-8 total) located in Germany on a powerful Win 2012R2 Xeon System with 32GB of RAM and SSD's.
I have a website ready to go on one of our subdomains.
All i need is for you to have IRC, Teamspeak 3 and a forum account with our forums. Of course we have to get to know each other a bit and we must get along well.

I would really like to startup a fan run dedicated community for Unreal Tournament 4.
My interests are mainly fanmade maps aka "New Maps" created by the Community members there i always want to support them, and imho the New maps in UT3 weren't played enough even though a lot of them were just plain awesome.

Do you think you are up for this? Please hop on ts.multiplayerforums.com and/or irc.multiplayerforums.com in channel #MPF-UT4 | Also please register on our forums over at http://multiplayerforums.com

Thanks for reading and i am looking forward to working with you on this project!

PS: Preferably you are living in the European area and you can speak/write english fluently.

Unreal Tournament 3 was a bit of a mess.  I'm glad to see 4 is returning to its roots.

But I would le' luuuve to have a community invested in Unreal Tournament 4.  We'll be willing to host a UT4 division, certainly.  We would trust a fine sir such as yourself, Zunnie, to be able to lead something like this and gather members + projects so it's active.

I would be active here in the UT4 section as well, although my priority is with the MPF community ;)
If that is no problem, and you trust me in a position of some sort UT4 section leadership over here, i would be up for it.

I posted here to see if people are interested in helping me start something up for MPF actually, it's the spam forum :) hehe
But i would be willing to help you guys too. This is a great website/forum and i visit frequently.

Maybe you can drop by on ts3 or irc sometime? irc.cncirc.net or ts.cncirc.net :) We can have a more in depth chat maybe? :)

We can't chat here about it?  Well... alright.  The rare occasion I venture from the flag-ship.  We'll go on your turf and chat if you want then, I suppose.  I trust you have a plan.

Update:

Your turf links don't seem to work.  irc.cncirc.net just says "placeholder."

Well, it's not really a big plan but. I have a very decent serverpc in Germany atm:

:D :D :D

I'm running 3 Unreal Tournament servers on it at the moment and a CS:GO GunGame.
My "plan" is to simply join them every day at least an hour or so and get people in there, and seduce them to register on our websites :p
Nah seriously, just have fun with them people and see if they are interested.
When i join it usually doesn't take long for the server to fill up. Both our DM servers were full the other day for at least 4-6 hours straigth.

I could run a UT4 server for Revora too and give you access to the files and ability to start/stop it.
Do you guys have a ts3 server?

I'll talk to you here or on our IRC/TS3 if you want i prefer that really ;)

We've been a bit busy recently, but I did have a chat about it.  The main issue is that Phil has been quite busy, and won't have the time to get anything like this set up at the moment (if he allows it), but I think that's enough time to make a full plan.
