Create Auto Unpack Command

Hey Guys,

can anyone tell me how I as a command make ?

example:

             <SpecialPowerButton
                       Id="Command_UnPackSurveyor"

                       ValidTargetCursor="Bombard">
                       <State
                                 Image="Button_AbilityUnPack"
                                 Title="NAME:AbilityUnPackGDISurveyor"
                                 Description="DESC:AbilityUnPackGDISurveyor"/>
            </SpecialPowerButton>

so that the Surveyor after positions selection automatically breaks forth.
