Basic Unit commands

I just installed Contra recently and tried some challenges though I thought I was pressing the right hotkeys for some unit commands (attack-move, guard, air-guard, stop) and wonder why none of the units are executing orders until I realized that none of the units even have it.

Has anyone have dealt with this problem and was able to fix this? or was this an error on my part upon installing it? thanks.

Sounds like a problem on your side. All buttons have hotkeys (for ex., Guard has "G", Stop has "S"). Point your mouse at a button and tell me what text is written on the left side of the screen. Hotkey letters are bold and marked with yellow color.

Sir, I am afraid I have nothing to press for shortcuts, well until its only unit specific commands like abilities and capturing buildings.

I see why. You are using a different command bar. Unit commands such as "Guard" and "Stop" cannot be seen on your bar as we use a total of 18 slots. You either installed a command bar addon or you have another mod's files left over which interfere with Contra. You can see our command bar below.

18 Slots? so It just happens that the rest of the commands are all the way on the right edge that mines doesn't support it. I guess I'll have to make a fresh folder for Contra then. Thanks.
