Unable to log-in

Hi folks

 

Have set up my account, activated etc, however, when I try to log in it says:

 

 

• The username or password supplied is not valid.

 

All of the threads keep saying that I need to set up my server account. All of the links direct me to the C&C Online page, where I registered in the first place.

 

I have also checked my account on the Revora page, which logs in successfully, hence why I am able to post here.

 

Upon trying to re-register for a server account, it says the e-mail address has already been registered. The password isn't incorrect, so why can't I log in? Is there a link to send a link to reset a password or account?

I've just signed up and this is happening to me too.

If you can log in here you ought to be able to log into the web site. I just checked and your credentials are available on the web site so you ought to be able to log in there. Please could you try to log into the site again using the credential that you used to log in here.

I see you're newly registered. Sometimes it can take a short while for your credentials to reach the web site. I see you in the database. Can you try again?

I think that you need to have a quick read of this; C&C:Online User Guide. If that doesn't help, please could you make your own topic. I say that because it does not look like you have yet tried to log in the C&C:Online Web Site. Either way, the issue you have is different to the others discussed in this topic.

Yes now it works, thank you for you time and response!  

And one more thing, am not sure if this was the issue, but when I entered my username for my login, I used my E-Mail and not my nick name. Soe yeah.

Please could you make your own topic. This topic is already marked as solved and your problem has not much to do with this. I can confirm that your account is already set up. If you can't get onto the site, I suggest you check that you're using the right password (you can change that from here).
