I even have the 1.001 patch installed and i still have this issue.
NP_SE0022 says that yuri's revenge isnt installed when it is.

Make sure you're running it as admin, but no guarantee it will work if you're using any YR version without the Westwood installer. XWIS RA2/YR won't work because their exes are modified.
And no guarantee it will work on Win8 or Win10 anyway. NPatch is so ancient that even Windows Vista didn't exist back then.
