Sorry, as a matter of policy, we do not give ladder points caused by a fault.      That happens to everyone now and again.      It might be easier to get alvin tey to make his own report. Do you have any more details about his problem? Sometimes a problem like that is due to either the launcher being faulty or the game being corrupt and can be fixed by a reinstall.

Do any of your nick names rank? Do you get a stats error at the start of every game?

yes he gets stats error every game, is this because he has over 20k matches pls fix it for him

I am pretty sure that the number of games is not a problem and won't be until he reaches 2 billion games, at the least. I think there's a problem with his game and that reinstalling it completely is likely to fix that. I'll look into it a bit more before I suggest that he tries that.

I would still like to know whether other nick names will rank and record games.

with other ids also not working he currently playing with sgblue account no matches are accounted in database help him pls toxic shock 

I am afraid that reinstalling the launcher and the game is the most likely fix at the moment. If that does not help, we will have to start looking at connectivity to Shatabrick. Let's hope we don't need to do that and that the reinstall fixes the problem, as it usually does.

he cant get ranked toxic shock please help him its been 2 to 3 months now i am asking again is this because of 30k plus games on his account i thought you said unless its a million he is on safe side help him pls

Has he done that, or not?    Honestly, a complete reinstall (including removing the game from Window Control Panel Remove programs) usually fixes this.
