I have got the same problem. I installed red alert 3 with my origin launcher. As i started c&c online and clicked on Red alert 3 i became the error: "Red Alert 3 instalation not found", but with my origin launcher i cant start red alert 3 without any problems

Plus, you should make your own topic. You might have a completely different problem (it's impossible to tell without looking at the log).
