When I make a unit, I would like to know how to make that when a unit have an arrow he don't keep it in his hand, I have blind the arrow with the arrow bone and then the unit keep the arrow in his and every time do you have an idea to help me ? :)

You do not have to bind the arrow. When you import the skeleton in Max you should see an arrow bone usually called ARROWNOCK. When you export your model have the arrow mesh use that name exactly and do not bind it. It will follow the bone and hide/reveal when necessary.
