unable to stablish conection with the c&c3 servers

well i have this problem i cant enter and register or login in in the c&c 3 or c&c 3 kanes wrath i dont dowload the game from steam or ea and i want to know if the problem is for that because i dont have money to buy the c&c 3 from steam or ea and i dont have the gamespy acount because i new in this and i want to test the multiplayer of this game
