Hi ok i am on windows 10 now and the -win doesent work in both the origin command line thing and the target area tried both how do i sort this problem for command and conquer red alert 3? I have installed the fixed launchers but they dont work either.
How do i play windowed.

If you have installed the fixed launcher it should work....
I'm using The Ultimate Collection version of RA3 on Windows 10 and I can launch the game in windowed mode without any issues...
Can you post a screenshot of your shortcut properties?

I think you should create a shortcut of RA3.exe, not RA3Launcher.
