Big mistake i need help

Can you reactivate my account as ElectricSock? I accidentally made a 2nd account for friend naming him ElectricJacket using my same email sorry :( I tried to go on RA3 today and it said" the transition failed before reaching an answer", I am terrible at technology I really want my Red alert 3 account back i think i deleted it ? , I will do anything I can do get my account back oh and do what you need to the new Account to change it or whatever,,,, pleaassse let me know what you need from me to make this happen (ElectricJacket is the current account name ) , I tried helping a friend and now my ElectricSock (Computer A) account won't work and the ElectricJacket (Computer B)one is not commencing? I am so sorry

Oh noes. Your forum account "ElectricSock" was removed because you didn't validate it way back and has been removed. However, it remains on the game server and you should still be able to log in with it as normal. I think the error you encountered was a coincidence. That still leaves us with a problem though because you will not be able to log into the web site (as your email address is being used by a "different" user, i.e. "ElectricSock" ).

If you (as the person who has access to the account you are using) agree, I will remove the old "ElectricSock" account from the game server so you can log in to the web site with the account you are using now, rename the account you are using now to "ElectricSock" and then transfer your old nick names to that account.

As I say though, you should still be able to log into the game as before in the meantime.

Game keeps saying "Transaction time out before receiving a response" i have relaunched game and attempted to log in 20 times and as well as "Failed to connect to back end servers" ? So if i Rename this ElectricJacket  account to ElectricSock it will fix this if claim my nicknames? will i need to re download the Revora C&C online Launcher shortcut ?

 

Looking back at emails from 2014 i have Revora emails and my account name was "ElectricSock" but on my Device web login history or references it either says my name was electricsock2 or ElectricSock2 or ElectricSock ? i am confused , which ever i used 3 years ago my Game name in Red Alert 3 is ElectricSock  , so i i want to get back to playing RA3 online what do i need to do ? please help me as much as you are able to i realize the admins or people running the severs are very busy . sorry for making this mistake please help

OK. I've changed your name and removed your old account from the server database. Please could you log into the web site now and set up your server account (using your new credentials here; ie User Name = ElectricSock and Password as before).

When you've done that, I'll transfer your old nick names back to you.

ok so i can log in RA3 as ElectricJacket is that normal? i am fine with it but how do i claim old nickname(ElectricSock) (also will i be able to use it? ) i went to the link you showed me trying to see claim nicknames i got lost ... my" Revora ID: ElectricJacket  " https://cnc-online.net/ Doi need to change that to ElectricSock ?

When you log into games now, your log in name (I changed it) is ElectricSock, although in most games you will use your email address anyway (as before).

I have transferred your old nick names to that account. I guess those included your old gamespy names, so you don't need to claim them again. Please could you test that and let me know how you get on.
