Looks good! Pretty much what was expected, but that's not a bad thing.

All we've got left is Harad.

That bow mastery power of rohirrim archers is a fucking great idea! Hope you give the same power to Harad faction too because I am expecting horse archers in that faction.

For Elfhelm, I'd propose the following abilities:

Rank 3: Marksman of Rohan

Nearby Yeomen and Rohirrim Archers receive +33% damage and attack range.

- Rank 5: Train Archers

Same as for vanilla Legolas, but perhaps lessened in effect.

- Rank 7: Flaming Shot

Elfhelm fires a furious flaming arrow at the targeted unit or structure, dealing fire damage. Instantly sets Ents aflame and ignites mines. ( Does about the same damage as Hawk Strike, but with the added bonus of fire damage [?Modifier?]. Also has a short cooldown).

It looks great!  However, as a cavalry based faction, may I suggest another unit?

"Eastmark Eorlings " : heavy armoured cavalry, using lances and shields.

upgraded with banners and sharper blades.

Rohirrim warriors would use a mix of swords/axes/lances, but Eastmark Eorlingas would use an heavy lance.

I've heard of other people wanting Rohirrim with lances, but where is that in the books?

@MattTheLegoman,  I don't think they specifically had lances, but given the advantage it provides, it could make sense :)

Or else, something like a medium armoured cavalry with axes/ swords, but with the ability to throw javelins. Useful to harass pikemen, though archers can fulfill this prupose.

@Kaieman: in fact, it's a skill that makes units who are close to Eomer gaining a buff in armour or damage for a short amount of time.

Éomer's rank 8 summons a defined, circular area onto the ground (like a ring) and all units that stand in it are buffed. It's based on Éomer's defense of his small hill during the Battle of the Pelennor right before Aragorn arrives.

Even more inspiration from the books! That sense of detail is what makes a mod great!

Yeah or as a Light cavalry unit, they should be named Eored warrior, hope Mathijs likes this idea.

Where is the horse and the rider?

Where is the horn that was blowing?

They have passed like rain on the mountain, like wind in the meadow.

The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.

How did it come to this?

the rohirrim you got are only with spears?

if so maybe it is a cool idea to add also rohirrim with swords and axes in the came as a more diversety of the rohirrim units like you see in the movies

I'd definitely like to see a secondary Rohirrim melee-unit, as these are the Horse Lords of Middle Earth, although I don't exactly know how it could fit. Maybe as an uber anti-cav (see Warg Riders vs Rohirrim), or anti-building/siege or some such.

Is there any chance on Rohan getting fire arrows for towers, I know we don't really see Rohan do that in the film, but it just seems like a basic upgrade...

Hello there!

First of all, nice mod, guys you're doin a really great work.

I would like to ask can you consider adding another archer hero?

In Peter Jackson's "Two Towers" Eomer uses a bow and so do Gamling.

So maybe you can make a bow toggle for Eomer or for example make Gamling an independent hero recruited from Westfold Lookout/summoned by Erkenbrand (like Frodo summons Sam). Also if you'd like to give Eomer a bow, i suggest to add "Aim for the head!"(quote from the movie when he shot mumakil) ability which will replace Spear Throw and be something like Beregond/Lurtz/Faramir ability with bow or active damage buff for Rohirrim archers (and Eomer himself?).

Hope i express myself clearly and you will understand me right (English is not my native language)
