Red Alert 3 Co-Op Connection Issue

Hello,

i´ve tried to play the co-op campaign of Red Alert 3with my brother.

(we live in one house and connect using the same internet router)

OS is Win 8.1 and my brother´s pc runs with Win 10. Game version is the Ultimate Collection.

Mine is german and my brothers is in english.

We both have installed the Cnc Online tool, we can join our lobbies but we receive the error 1-2. (Problems with the Connection)

Dr. Google said use a VPN, didn´t work, and we also have a terrible internet connection so we can´t play using a VPN.

Multiplayer Online Skirmish also didn´t work.

Error Message: Connections are in progress, or connection problem detected. Please wait for the connection to finish, or kick the player who has the connection problem. Failed connection: 1-2

I also tried to wait for the connection to finish, doesn´t work.

thanks for answering. Could you explain what you mean with "alternative internet connection".

We´re both living in one house and have one connection.

I´ll check the website you linked in you reply.

EDIT: It worked, thank you. I use SecurityKISS, but it´s laggy as hell. Well thats my problem cause my internet is so bad.
