Hey me and a friend are trying to play the game but repeatedly run into this issue, since other people are able to use the game we assume the issue stems from a mistake we made but are unsure.

When logging in we are using our account we made on this website and running the game from T3A:Online.

Any help would be appreciated and sorry if we are just being idiots.

PS. I searched around this forum and found an instance of people having similar issues but theirs was caused by bad usernames which I don't think relates to us.

Yes, you have to create a server account on t3aonline.net. Use the forum account to login on t3aonline.net and create your server account. With that you login in the game.
