backend server connection error issue connecting kanes wrath

Hey, I've been trying to log into this for some time but I always give up on this.

I start the game not with C&C:Online but through the KW starter as the first one doesn't react when clicking play.

Once typing in my Revora login details in, I get an error saying: Could not connect to the backend server.

Please advice, what to do next so I can play online. Much appreciated.

Started game with: "CNC3EP1.exe "

Caught CREATE_PROCESS_DEBUG_EVENT from Kane's Wrath. Detaching...

ERROR: game.dat process not found.
