I have a problem with launching games from cnc online. In kw I have it hooked otherwise in wont work, I start it from origin and a cnc online launcher shows up, than i click kw and it works.  but for tw, another launcher appears, or it stops responding and crashes(the launcher). THis started to happen just now, I used to launch it but still cannot log in because I get "cannot connect to backend server" this has been happening since the start of cnc online from 2014. I never found a fix, i changed my house,my pc, my router, reinstalled 5000 times, still does not work. I even type a wrong password on purpose and the same error is shows"cannot connect to backend server". Only once I managed to log in i dont know how. It seems like the game is not being launched by cnc online.

Origin

Windows 10

I have sent you a PM with a solution which we're testing. If anyone else wants that solution to try, please make your own topic and post your error log.

One day later I am having another new issue now. "This application is not compatible with the installed operating system."

It used to be the case that you got that message if you had windows updates outstanding (i.e. you had downloaded updates but not applied them).    I don't know if that is still the case with the latest version of Origin.   This is really an Origin problem so you might be best asking them.     If they tell you the answer please let us know

Origin were useless, they kept telling me to do stupid troubleshooting problems. The only good thing they mentioned is changing compatibility mode, I changed it to windows 7 but then nothing happened, not even an error message.

It can be worse.

One of my steam friends was redirected to Tiberium Alliance game when he attempted to contact EA for a certain Direct X problem he was having...

It is very weird speaking to them. After about 20+ cases I have contacted them, it seems like I am speaking with robots, I know exactly everything that they will say, whenever I finish telling them about my problem they will say "As a gamer myself I know how frustrating it can be to experience these issues". But anyway, out of the blue it just started working again, did not change anything.
