C&C Generals Zero Hour online options disabled

Hello, new around these parts, but I have a question: my friend and I play GZH through C&C Online/Gentool, and we noticed that recently we were unable to limit the superweapons and change starting cash, is there a reason for this?

If you host a ZH online match you have to uncheck the box "record statistics" in the window where you can change the game room title. Only if this box is unchecked you can change parameters like starting cash etc. If you uncheck this box however, your match will not count as a ladder match even if all other criteria are fulfilled, such as 1v1 / 2v2 game type, correct map...
