Red Alert 3 - Windows 10 Online Multiplayer

Red Alert 3 on Steam - Trying to play online 
 
Current Steam build ID: 252138
 
Version of Red Alert : ra3_1.12.game
 
Error Message after using Server user info given on Revora:
 
"A system error occurred. Try agian later.If problem persists, contact customer support."
 
 
 
Also, tried downloading the website below but file would not allow for extraction on windows 10.

• Download the connection diagnostic tool here: http://server.cnc-on.../NATNegTest.rar
• Extract it into a folder and double-click on the .bat file. (Make sure that the files are extracted fully. You cannot run the test from the compressed files.)
• Copy-paste the output to your help topic.

This is a database issue and not a connection issue (I am pretty sure).   Please could you try to log in using a different nickname (Online ID) and then post in here immediately afterwards so I can find that in the log?     Just type the new Online ID on log in.     That will create the new name (if nobody else has already created itt) but we can delete that afterwards if you want.

I was able to login using the profile testing12 under email ********@gmail.com. think i should just use another account besides murphyhere12?
