C&C Launcher crashes on startup Red Alert 3

When I launch Red Alert 3 on steam windows 10, the window for C&C Online opens and when I select RA3 only the launcher crashes but the game starts normally after a while.

I've tried several solutions: re-download the laucnher, hook/unhook the game, try to run on different compactabilties, re-download the game and run as admin.

But all that doesn't resolve the problem and the issue persists.

sorry for asking but i had some difficults understanding, 

so i just gotta ask, 

you launch ra3 from steam, and it opens cnc launcher. 

you have hooked the game and click ra3 button, 

once you do that, the launcher crhases, are you reffering to the ra3 launcher or the cnc launcher?

then the ra3 game showes up just fine after a bit, can you still og online if you were hokked? 

did you want to keep the cnc launcher in the background while playing. 

no errors showes up? 


 

I open the games in steam.

CnC Launcher opens

I select RA3 from CnC

Then the CnC launcher crashes.

RA3 opens fine, still can't go online.

Tried different solutions, but all fails.
