Hi,

 

I've recently started using the service, as I have just started playing the game. There are two issues that I wish to address: 1) An infinite product key entering loop at startup of Kane's Wrath, and 2) An error that occurs when attempting to install the latest patch for the NORMAL C&C 3, and not Kane's Wrath. 

 

I own the Ultimate Edition on Origin.

 

My operating system is Windows 10 (Home or Pro Edition)

 

To begin, I would like to share my problem with the "Key entering Loop". When Kane's wrath is launched (and I have it hooked) via desktop shortcut, I am prompted to enter my product key for the game (The only key that I have is for the Ultimate Edition). When the key is entered and submitted, the game seems to load for around 3-5 seconds, then returns me to the menu, where it requests the product key once more. Unfortunately, this "Loop" never stops, and therefore, I am unable to launch Kane's Wrath.

 

The second issue that will be addressed regards an inability to install the latest patch on the normal C&C 3. However, the game still runs, and I am still able to access the online section of the game. Maybe I already have the latest patch installed?

You don't need to patch Origin games (Origin TW is already patched to 1.09) so you have probably corrupted your game.    I would uninstall it completely (from Windows Control Panel) then install it again.     You might want to check that all of the game code has been removed, to be safe, before you reinstall.

I am having this exact same problem. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Also, I experienced the same error on another PC. This is eternally frustrating and would appreciate some guidance.

I am having this exact same problem. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Also, I experienced the same error on another PC. This is eternally frustrating and would appreciate some guidance.

 

Please could you create a new topic for that one and explain what you have done.     I will try to help you from there.
