I too suffer this problem, my father and I have tried everthing
when you guys make a hooking attempt and get the check mark on it. then it Works.
follow these steps now.
Close c&c online
start the game by it self,
c&c online shuld show up.
then you start the game from c&c online.
ra3 takes a bit longer to boot up so just be a bit patient, look at task manager if needed the first time to make sure it actually tries to launch.
if you and Your father is having issues, remember once you get online you need to be on 2 different internetts, if not then 1 of you needs to use vpn, we recommend https://windscribe.com/
