Change variables in the rotwk menu screens

Hi there,

I've got a little question:

Is it possible to change the standard values in the skirmish/multiplayer screens? And if yes, where do i find the file that needs to be edited?

For example:

- Add "initial resources" option (e.g. 8000 initial resources)
- Add more player slots / increase max number of players from 8 to 10 (with custom maps for 10 players accordingly)
