No, a squad can either receive, or not receive attachments. There are no "selective" attachments.

BUT there is a SCaR workaround I created. You can still attach all commanders to all squads that can receive attachments (of course), but the code searches for all attached squads and detaches those you deem not "compatible", and it also gives a warning.

Look into Dark Angles or Ultramarines (the apothecaries "cannot" attach to the Command Squads).

Question: is it possible to limit what the squad accepts as attachment (like limiting which commander can attach to the squad)?

That's how you guys can make squads that can attach to only one commander?

You mean "to only one type of commander", right?

Yes, this is the only way.

And I suppose, only our team has ever used it.

No Only one commander really, Like I want the Questoris Royal Guard to only accept the Questoris Commander (and its secret variant) as the only one to be attachable
