Need help with logging into C&C online with Generals: Zero Hour

Hello! I've been having problems logging into the games multiplayer, when i use my credentials and specify my username, it simply tells me that it could not connect to online. I'm using gentool, and i'm not sure if i'm missing something or if theres some issue with my account. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes me too facing the same issue, even I turned off the firewall and still the same issue. If I enter a wrong password it detects that the password is incorrect but with the correct password could't connect to C&C online server.
