Can't login zero hour online, says password is incorrect

Hi, When I am trying to login to online mode in Generals Zero Hour, it gives an error which says the password is incorrect. I am sure i am using the correct user and pass. any solution? 

(I have the latest Gentool (v8.0) installed and i am not using C&C ultimate launcher.)
