Problem with launcher C&C3 Vanilla. Getting CA public key patching routine failed CAN'T FIX

I keep getting the CA public key patching routine error anytime I go to launch C&C 3 from the C&C Online launcher. I installed the patch and tried to run the launcher on the WIN XP compatibility mode but it doesn't do anything. I play on a WIN 10 laptop. Also I play with the original disc. Pls help me out if you have any answers. Any would be thanked massively!
