[Red Alert 3] Starting Game Issues

Version: Steam

Operating System: Windows 10

 

Kind of error: CA Public Key Patching Routine Failed.

 

Error Log:

Further Comments:

I cannot open the game via steam normally either. The launcher open but then later closes. I have no idea how to solve any of this but I hope by fixing the CA Public Key Patching Routine Failed the game should start normally.

 

I have looked at your posts about game issues and I have tried the solutions but nothing have worked.

 

===UPDATE===

I was able to fix the issue by downloading the newest patch 1.12. Only problem I get now is this message "The game can not start. There seems to be a problem contacting the license server. Ensure your internet connection is active and try again in a few minutes.". I didn't get this message until after I downloaded the patch.
