When I try to log on in KW nothing happens. I will type in my log in info and click Log In, it just stays on the same screen. It does not pop up any error messages of any kind. The screen is not frozen because I can still move mouse and click Exit and stuff like that, but waiting or restarting KW does not help. I even tried reinstalling and that did not fix the issue. It has nothing to do with modem because I have tried logging in at different locations on different networks and even tried with mobile hotspot. Does anybody have any idea what is causing this to happen?
