Final Result FIXED i found the issue after multiple re-install reg clean firewall reset etc etc etc it was the Damn default names the launcher was choosing where too long the last time round i changed the names on a hunch and bam can lan with each other 
so fyi the launcher when it makes your name from the computer name it can make a name too long for the game to accept in Lan

Hey i was looking for some help ive installed Ra2 + Yr Then installed this mod per instruction got the green light from the run first Fired it up using the launcher on three pc's on my Lan now the game works for single player and campaign but if i try for land game or cncnet game between us either 1 or both of us fail to enter the game on the loading screen where the line fills up invariably 1 person shows and X beside the opponents name even if they entered the game was looking for ideas on what is cause ing as install seems fine i made sure the executables are allowed through firewall (also tried firewall off) i have installed 4-5 mods both cncnet mods standalone mods and ones you install into folder ( all in seperate instances of Ra2yr ofc) and all have run fine including lan games conecting to lan game with each of the comps in pairs of each other to make sure its not 1 bad install i was wondering whre to go from there , any ideas ? also is there a discord for this mod looks great and seems to have been /be very popular 
i wanna play with my younglings and get them into the game

As an added info installing full version of cnc net over install then allowing it to do reloaded update allows me to lan play BUT i lose campaigns of course would prefer help to get it run the right way but this will do in the meantime i guess :/

Was it a Lan or CnCNet game?
Please split phrases with commas and dots. It is hard to understand.
Regarding the Discord server, you have the icon in the Main menu of the C&C:R Client or in my forum signature

Did Fresh install, Installed mod to root Folder.
Launch with Reloaded Launcher
Tried Lan game between 4 Laptops on Lan Always someone fails to load in with an X beside the name on others But the one who shows X Loads into the game on their end
Try various combinations of laptops but no successful Lan Game
Try "Lan" over CnCNet by trying to join each other in games but same result (no stranger online to try to join)
Try Skirmish Works Fine
Try Campaign Works Fine
Googled possible fix only thing i can find suggest install fresh CnCNet over mod then allow mod to Update
Installed CnCNet Over Mod Allowed Update Lan now works but or course lose Campaign
Tonight I will try full fresh re-install on all Laptop and see how it goes

Long paths problem?
I couldn't imagine that kind of cause
