Red Alert 3 Connection Error 1-2

ra3 error issue cnc

Best Answer Tschorden86 , 20 April 2020 - 05:57 AM

Hey,

also now i tested many solutions. My first workaround works only one time :whatoa:.

So i have to change settings again. And now thats my solution that still works.

If you have a router with UPNP disabled, activate it. Second setting was SNAT.

Set up a SNAT for the host on which CnC RA3 wants to play.

Thats still works for me...
I know UPNP is not the best of all, but i dont have scan all the traffic.
If someone had do it, let me know the list of ports and if SNAT absolutely necessary.

Thanks

Hello togehter,

i searched in many topics but i found no really answer. i have wrote with some people in the RA3 Chatlobby, too.

If i play online RA3 Coop or Multiplayer, the other gamers tell me Connection error 1-2.

I asked them, if someone have ports forwarded. Everyone said no.

I did the install and start of the game like the examples of revora.

What have i to do that the online play works?

Please help me someone...

Hey ho,

i've got it... You have to forward the ports for RA3.

TCP

3783 4321 28900 29900 29901

UDP

6500 6515 13139 27900

And i deleted in the Options.ini (Destination: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Profiles\%PROFILENAME%)

FirewallPortOverride = 0

That works for me... I hope it will works for you

Greetz
