Cant log into multiplayer zero hour

hi, 

After a lot of installing and uninstalling I somehow managed to get C&C generals zero hour to launch via the C&C online app. However, when I launch it from the shortcut and click on the Zero Hour button it then opens the C&C app again and then when I click the Zero Hour button for the second time the game will launch. 

Not sure if this is normal? 

Once in the game the gentool interface pops up and begins to work. I then go to multiplayer and type in my Revora account information and it says my email is invalid. Could someone who understands this process better please help me. 

Step by step installation: 

1. installed C&C Online

2. installed C&C Generals and zero hour via Origin

3. installed gentool 

4. made shortcut on desktop 

5. hooked the game in C&C online 

6. Launched from shortcut as admin (then doubles up the app for some reason before launching)

well first of all congrats for getting zero hour to work with the launcher like literally thats some difficult operation there but i need to bring the sad message to you that you dont  need the launcher for zero hour so im sorry to say but you have to redo your succes  so please do following 

1. unhook your game in the launcher 
2. close the launcher (you wont need it anymore)
3. Repair your game just to be sure everything is back to normal
4. on the same site where you have installed the launcher Click the button labeled gentool
5.install the .exe file on the site where the button gets u
6. run the downloaded file and install the option for zero hour and generals
7. launch the game and check if there is a gentool intro message
8. proceed to log in to multyplayer with your activated cnc online account
9. if all worked out have fun on the battlefield
