hey can anyone help me?

when I try to login to C&C3 TW or Kane's Wrath it keeps telling me I "can't connect to to C&C3 online" (or Kane's Wrath online depending on what game I am trying to play).

my login is right and I'm out of ideas as to what could be causing the issue.

any help would be greatly appreciated...

Is your game hooked correctly? What all have you done so far? Where did you get your game from?
