Could I recover my old account?

I used to play as "mariktacos" before , but i get banned due I participated in a tourment of GREENZERO i do not know why, but could i Please recover my old account ? also i forgot all the passwords and stuff even I belive i have not longer the email the I've  used to suscribe to this forum
