Old problem, but no solutions

Hi, I write from Italy.

I can't resolve this problem:

i want to launch RA3 Online
I try with the C&C:Online Launcher Version 2.0.7

but it says
CA public key patching routine failed


i did hook the game and try Windows XP compatibility mode

I tried also with Windows 7

PLEASE HELP ME!

Where do you have the game from? (also make sure that you tried all the compatability modes)
