RA3 missing ssleay32.dll in Origin

I cannot launch the game cuz it said missing ssleay32.dll 

However, I check my flies and it still there so what should I do to fix this shx TY.
I already hook it as well and cant play

btw, i cannot play zero hour cuz it cant find my game and i already hook it

so im getting the same message for all my games when trying to use the launcher. trying to get this solved before leaving so i can play with family online

For zero hour, unhook it from cnc online and install gentool, for other games you should after hooking them close cnc online and then run the games as you would normally. If any other errors appeared previously during the install of cnc online or after you did those steps then you can come back here and detail the error.
