Shagrat Captain of the tower autocast bug

Hello. I noticed weird bug regarding Shagrat's ability Captain of the tower. When you set this ability on autocast, Shagrat dowsn't need to be close to abuilding to spawn Black Urucs, He can spawn them from allies troops too.

Oh that´s something i will likely explode.

For some reason it also makes the game a little bit laggy.
