Unable to log in at C&C Online

So the account I have here cannot be used to login at the main website or in Red Alert 3 through the C&C Launcher. It just says that the username or password supplied is not valid.

Any attempt to retrieve the password, or even get verification with a new account, fails to send any emails to the addresses (Although I'm able to log in to these forums without issue). I've tried multiple times over the last week but still get nothing.
