Trouble logging in Red alert 3

Hi,

I'm having trouble logging in to play online on red alert 3, when i go to the login section and it asks for my details to connect to gamespy I've tried putting in my EA login details and also my login details for the C&C online site but neither work.

Any suggestions?

are you using the cnc online launcher? and where is ur red alert 3 from?

Are you getting any errors and if so then what are they, also are you sure that youre entering the correct cnc online account details, for red alert 3 it is the server email then the server password then the online id is whatever nickname you want.

I get to the login screen on RA3, it asks for my EA account name(email and pw)  and my online ID, when I enter my info though it never lets me login :/

You shouldnt use your EA credentials but rather the cnc online ones, the server email and password, if that doesnt work then what is the error message that you get?

I tried logging in on RA£ using my C&C login details (email, pw, username- and it says the specified account or sub account wasn't found

That error only appears when you are either using a non email verified account or you are entering the details incorrectly, so please make sure that those 2 things are followed.
