Enabling Custom Heroes for Rivendell

Dear Sir or Madam,

Rivendell is not allowed to have custom heroes - that is fine for me as long as i am playing with my friends online. However, when i am playing a skirmish alone i'd like to have my custom hero available. What file needs to be changed to allow rivendell to have custom heroes?

I asked this question myself a few months ago, and it is possible to choose a custom hero with AOTR factions, you simply need to click on the list then press the key of your choice, corresponding to the first letter of your hero's name, until you get the right hero selected. Even if its name is grey, it will be available during the skirmish.
