Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

I certaining will, hope they kept some legacy modules like the TURRET and sutff. Even if the LOTR doesn't have logic for tanks, let's hope they keep enuff tools to allow us to mod.

I have a feeling, some units will have some "tank" like qualities. I fell so behind by getting into modding late. I will not make the same mistake twice. :p

I'll have a look and see how easy it is. Then start when BA is finished.

I'm sure tanks and aircraft will be made do-able in BFME, they would be fools not to

C&C:Kings would do really well ported as its a medeival mod and BFME is geared towards that, but I don't know if the gameplay would be too similar to BFME or just like BFME without magic :p

Don't worry, aircraft and tanks are doable with BFME :p
Just expect things to work a bit more like Emperor than Generals, and have a whole load of silly new stuff too, like the morale system (which I don't believe is particularily editable)

Morale system...this can proof to be interesting.

I have some outlines for a fantasy storyline, ill be writing it up in he measure i have more time. Ill choose between this or something else sometime, in case i leave it unused, i have no problems on handling it to someone else who might want to use it.

Well if it doesn't support enuff, than the fantasy, magic, fairy guys can mod all they want and I'll stick to Generals. With our average unit at 1100 polies, we'll have no prob keeping up with the new comps people are using...

It pays to have links. Watching some of the trailers will also demonstrate how some things work right off :D

I may / may not bring a version of Dh2 to BFME, it depends on what I feel like after having played it

I have a basic sci-fi storyline which may be suitable for BFME, but I would have to play it and see the code first to see if it would work :p
