{topic cleaned}

Helps to think from a soliders point of view. It needs to be tough enough to withstand some pounding. It needs to be easy to build, as you don't want to tie up manpower in complex construction.

What does the winner of this contest get?

after doing some simple research on v2s, i found that they were (to be)launched from huge bunkers, with most parts underground, and also needed (mobile, radio) guidance equipment as well, stored and deployed from other bunkers

and there were also mobile launchers later

interesting...

Maybe I can help? I am Arch. stundent and feel I can give you a strong design having looked some of your structures, but can you do anything with hand drawings,or autoCAD files?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

If you want to send us an AutoCAD file that's fine, just ask them to pass it onto me :)

EDIT= Oh, and Godwin if you're ever in Munich pop into the Deutches Museum there, they have an original V2 rocket on it's original mobile launcher. Very impressive. They also have other stuff like a Bf109, Me262, V1 etc... :)
