As they say, when it rains, it pours. That seems to be the case with updates. I've been going through tweaking the site, fixing some old mistakes, and replacing some old content. The biggest change is that the old storyline was replaced with a new timeline. Comrade_Alexeo helped write it, and you can check that out here. Otherwise, the Aerosian and Ebres unit pages have been updated with the data for the current version of Defcon, including which Defcon level units are available at.
