Niiiiice MLRS, SSM and Infantry, the infantry is a reskin or is a model?
just a suggestion, i think that desert camo fo GDI an Urban Camo for Noid will work better that just gold and Blue, for sounds and music i think that there is not much problem, RVMECH ripped Music and sound it for its Generals goldbleed series missions

No, these are not the final colors... Lancaster allready said in another topic that he is still tweaking it... we might also go for Desert Camo for all GDI vehicles, and Urban Camo for all Nod units.

And for IMG tags, arent the screenshots too big for that? (like against forum rules :))

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

Too cute! | Server Status: If you can read this, it's up |

I like the current colours. In TD all the units were full house colour.

You can post images like you have. When the images are over 600 width it starts to distort the topics layout for people with 800x600 (me). Having links also save bandwidth.

Best to use links for those who are 56k. The size is fine though.

Faction colors seem to be a big problem, cuz those birght multiplayer colors may look verry wierd on TD units in the SAGE Engine.

We're probably going to dim the colors a bit so they're not Flashbang-Bright- Red/Puple/Blue or anything like that, because we don't want it to look like a kiddy playground, we want a TD Battlefield! (Thats also one reason why I put a camo on the MRLS/SSM :shiftee: )

I'm hoping to god you haven't torn them straight from Renegade...

I second that.

The Mammoth from Renegade was good. Just needs a better skin.

I'd like to see the sweet looking Medium from TD re-make, as Rengede did not do it justice.

Oh no, they're not from TD, but build from scratch. :shiftee:

We don't rip stuff from Renegade, cuz I kindof think Renegade's models weren't that impressive... actually kindof too futuristic compared to TD.

I'd like to show a screenshot, but im still working on their skins... so prepare for some in the next couple of days..

And well, the buildings might be red. But NOD Units weren't :) heheh. As said, the colors in the screenshots are not Final! they're standard Generals colors, so they still need to be changed!

It is a shame that the Mammoth and Medium tank aren't skinned -and thus not ready for public view- yet. In my oppinion, Lancaster did a great job on recreating these units in 3D. They do'nt really look like the crappy Renegade models at all.

Well, on the cameo (sp?) it looks like a Bradley, in that movie where 3 Nod tanks chase off a bunch of GDI infantry, they looked like Bradleys, so I decided to make it a Bradley :shiftee:

They infact did use a bradley. but dont go showing off yer mod here. <_<

We don't really want that 'realistic' vehicle look, cuz then it looks like a real (bradley)tank and not a light-tank. If you know what I mean.

Oops, sorry, got carried away again.

Yea, I know what you mean about not have that real life unit look thing. I guess the way how you skin them makes a difference too, with the skin I made for that it doesn't look very real :shiftee:

killakanz, would you please NOT post screenshots of your own vehicles here? There is no use in showing of YOUR pics, in OUR forum! :so:

BTW, the light can't be a Bradley, simply because a bradley fires shells rapidly, while the Nod light tank is singleshot. It is only loosly based on the modell.
