Well, I played around with two placecard models for our Undead faction. I created a cemetary. Total placecard model. Than I created a skeleton infantry. I'll be binding the model later tonight.
I used the Gondor sword and upgraded rohan peasant shield.
Skeletons will get a shield after thier upgrade.
They have no forged blades or heavy armor so at least some protection against other upgraded units.

They are beautiful.
Did you use the skeleton models existing to do it?
There is a great potential with undead, i'm sure something can be done with it.
A faction like the warhammer undeads would be interesting i guess. (to do and to play)

well Grim if you have got any spare time after you are done with your dwarven faction, i dont thin Hostile would mind giving you the existing models and let you do that faction

Bah i was about to say some bad things, but they are not worth it
If you want to do a mod, you might have to change the game, the gameplay, and maybe the story.
You are not bound to Tolkien's world, you can mod and do whatever you want with it, unless you claim your mod is true to its story.
Indeed this is a great work and a good idea, too bad you took attention to them.
